This process can be categorized based on the temperature at which it is performed: cold, warm, or hot forging.

We provide forgings in a variety of grades adhering to international standards such as ASTM, IS, EN, ANSI, DIN, and JIS. Our offerings include ASTM A-105, ASTM A-350 LF-2, A182 F-304/F-304H/F-304L/F-316L/F-321/F-347/F-316Ti, A181 F-1/F-5/F-11/F-22, ASTM A182 F-5/F-9/F-11/F-22, and AISI 304/410/420/3042. We also follow dimension standards including ANSI B 16.5, B 16.1, B 16.47 Series 'A' and 'B', MSS SP-44, JIS SK, 10K, 16K, DIN, and BS 4504, or tailor dimensions to meet customer specifications.

Aerium tech USA Inc. excels in four primary types of forging:

  • Cold Forging - Produces high-quality parts at room temperature.

  • Seamless Rolled Ring Forging - Provides strong and reliable rings with diameters ranging from 500 mm to 5000 mm.

Our forgings cater to a wide weight range, from 30 grams to 5000 kg per single piece. For Seamless Rolled Ring Forging, we offer flange sizes from ½” to 60” and weights up to 2500 lbs.
